2018 MakeX World Championship is going to be held at Nansha Stadium, Guangzhou on December 7th-9th, 2018.
With the theme being Blue Planet (for primary school group and junior high school group), 2018 MakeX Championship sets tasks as follows:
1.Primary School Group
Each team needs to perform 4 independent tasks and 2 alliance tasks:
Independent Tasks
- Garbage Sorting
- Dismantle Aging Thermal Power Station
- Monitor Groundwater Quality
- Unknown Task (draw a random task on the spot)
Alliance Tasks
- Tree Planting in Desert
- Forest Dance (At the stage of Championship Match, this task will be replaced by drawing a random new task on the spot)
2.Junior High School Group
Each team needs to perform 5 independent tasks and 2 alliance tasks:
Independent Tasks
- Garbage Sorting
- Dismantle Aging Thermal Power Station
- Monitor Groundwater Quality
- Checking Air Quality
- Unknown Task (draw a random task on the spot)
Alliance Tasks
- Tree Planting in Desert
- Forest Dance (At stage of Championship Match, this task will be replaced by drawing a random new task on the spot)
